Mobil Jet Oil II is a high-performance, second-generation synthetic gas turbine lubricant designed for aircraft engines in commercial and military service. It was the first standard Type II oil on the market and has accrued over 5 billion hours of on-wing performance over five decades.Recommended for turbo-jet, turbo-fan, turbo-prop, and turbo-shaft (helicopter) engines. Used in land-based or sea-based aircraft-type gas turbine engines.Compatible with all metals used in turbine construction and common seal materials like Viton A (F Rubber), Buna N (H Rubber), and silicone. Mixing with other oils is generally not recommended as it may degrade performance.
