ENOC Protec Ultra Plus 10W-40 is a synthetic-blend oil designed to offer a balance between high performance and cost-effectiveness.This is a significant upgrade over the standard "SN" rating. It was specifically developed to protect Turbocharged Gasoline Direct Injection (TGDI) engines from Low-Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI)—that "knocking" sound that can ruin an engine.The "10W" means it is slightly thicker than a 5W oil when the engine is cold. While a 5W oil is better for sub-zero climates, a 10W is perfectly suited for the UAE and Middle East, where temperatures rarely drop toward freezing.At full engine heat, it provides a thick, stable protective film. This is the "sweet spot" for older engines or cars driven in heavy, high-heat traffic.It contains active cleaning agents that prevent "sludge" (the black goo that kills engines) from forming on critical parts like the camshaft and piston rings.
